I’m Shannon the fabulous hair lounge creative Director. I’ve had a passion for hairdressing ever since I was a kid, growing up in my mum’s salon made me the naturally talented person I am today. I’ve always loved helping people, there’s nothing nicer when you can instantly give someone a confidence boost when they leave the salon! I trained at Vidal Sassoon in Mayfair and attended various Redken courses.. Currently hair tutorial, colouring, and educating my way to the top! Can honestly say this is one of the best industries to be in and I’m so grateful for all the lovely clients and creative people I get to work with every day.Director

Following up on my dreams, I took part in numerous Fashion shows in London and Paris and finally became Educator at Vidal Sassoon Academy . I have been fortunate to know from a very young age what career direction I wanted to take in life and have Ale is one of our talented Directors here at The Hair Lounge. He has worked in the hair industry for over 14 years, in salons in both Brazil and London. Ale specialises in colour corrections, brazilian keratin treatments, and coarse/afro hair types. I started my career in hairdressing in Italy and it has become a huge passion for me ever since. I’ve had extensive colour and cutting training all over Europe. I have been fortunate to know from a very young age what career direction I wanted to take in life and have 16 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. After leaving school, I attended college to study hairdressing and completed my NVQ levels 2 & 3 along with a barbering qualification. I found my passion for colour when I was accredited the Wella Master expert in hair colour. It was from then I specialised in colour correction, creative colour, foiling and freehand techniques.
