A blue top coat formulated for dark blonde to dark brunette hair neutralizes and tones out brassy orange hues, leaving you with silky, shiny strands in just 5 minutes. Immediate results that are long lasting.

Step One: After preferred Pureology shampoo, remove excess water from the hair.
Step Two: Apply Color Fanatic Top Coat + Tone Blue evenly throughout hair. When using Top Coat + Tone Blue apply to previously color-treated areas to neutralize unwanted tones.
Step Three: Leave in for 5-10 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Step Four: Finish with preferred Pureology conditioner or mask, only if necessary.
